 Technology or Paralysis???

There is no doubt that computer technology has changed the way things done before but with this it has also changes the style of living in the whole world .The prime focus of this article is the generation (Y) means the youth and how the excessive use of technology leading youngsters to paralysis.

I remember the days when all the gali muhalas were crowded by boys they were playing some physical games cricket, basket ball and woolly ball and girls were chattering playing tennis but in recent 4 to 6 years all playing grounds, community parks and neighborhoods are empty you won’t see youngsters playing outdoor games and which is effecting the youth in a dire way. Look around yourself or in your own home mostly youngsters are seen on computer or internet playing games on face book spending there most of the time on it.

The development of technology in recent decades has made human interaction difficult the youngsters want to chat people but with the intermediary of computer but if you are sitting next to them and talking to them it will bother them and one of the major factor of childhood obesity and overweight is that kids spend less time actively playing outside and more time watching TV and playing video games and sitting on a computer.

So it is a very important topic that should be addressed on national level and parents are also responsible to make sure that their children’s spend some time in physical activities daily.
